Welcome to Andaman Activity (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or booking through our website www.andamanactivity.in, you agree to the following terms & conditions.

1. General Terms

All bookings made through Andaman Activity are subject to availability and confirmation from the respective service providers including ferry operators, activity vendors, and tour partners.

2. Booking Confirmation

Once a booking is completed and payment is processed, you will receive an e-ticket or booking voucher via email and WhatsApp. This voucher must be presented at the time of travel or activity check-in.

3. Identification

All passengers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID. For bookings involving children, appropriate age proof may be required.

4. Pricing & Availability

Prices may vary based on availability, peak season, fuel charges, or service provider updates. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

5. Conduct & Safety

Guests must follow safety instructions and guidelines provided by the ferry crew and activity instructors. Misconduct or unsafe behaviour may result in denied boarding or refusal of service without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Andaman Activity acts as a booking facilitator. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, technical issues, or disruptions caused by ferry operators or activity vendors.

7. Force Majeure

Events such as storms, bad weather, government restrictions, natural calamities, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances may impact scheduled trips.
